SHIPPING POLICY

Items purchased via waxfromthecrypt.co.uk are subject to Royal Mail shipping and delivery times. In peak times such as Christmas and in the event of a pandemic, shipping services will be delayed accordingly.

UK AND IRELAND CUSTOMERS

Wax From The Crypt currently only operates within the UK. All items purchased are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Due to the nature of our hand poured products, all products will be dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. This service aims to deliver the item within the 3 to 5 working days, however this may be subject to service delays. Items are dispatched Monday to Friday of each week. In the event that an item is purchased at the weekend, it will be dispatched the following Monday or Tuesday.
